Broths

  1. Avoid filling the jug with more than 1.3L.
  2. Put the ingredients into the basket.
  3. Remove the basket with the help of the spatula handle and the stock will be drained, ready for use.
  4. Do not put the measuring cup on the lid, as the stock will evaporate.
  5. Maximum temperature 110ºC, speed 2.

NOTES
Wash vegetables well.
For meat stocks, blanch the meat first.
Add salt at the end of the process, so that the ingredients can give out all of their
juices during cooking.
