Knead

  1. With hard dough, work using the KNEAD speed.
  2. With soft dough, use the mixing paddles, never go beyond speed 5.
  3. Fit the measuring cup into the lid so as to avoid splashes.

BASIC DOUGH RECIPES
Soft dough:
Crepes, sponge cakes and wafers.
Hard dough:
Short crust pastry, pizza, pasty.

NOTE:
cover your hands with oil to take hard dough out of the jug
