| 2) Components of Mycook |
| • The central unit: Through this unit, Mycook electronically monitors the recipe being cooked.
• Pitcher support with attachment clamp and blades: The blades are attached to the bottom of the pitcher by means of a clamp attachment system.
• Basket: This is an accessory that is placed inside the pitcher and can also be used as a strainer.
• Pitcher, pitcher lid and measuring cup: The pitcher should be placed on the central unit and turned until it is locked into place. The lid must also remain closed and anchored to the pitcher for Mycook to operate, and the measuring cup should be in place when using high temperatures to avoid possible splashing.
• The steaming tray: This is attached directly to the pitcher and consists of a stainless steel tray, a plastic tray and a lid.
• The blending blade: The blending blade is attached over the regular blades and is used to whip egg whites, heavy cream, etc.
• The spatula: This allows you to stir the food and also helps you to empty the pitcher. It can be disassembled. You can also use it to remove the basket.

| 3) How does it work? |
| 1. Start-up
Before using the Mycook for the first time, you need to unblock the scale. This blocking system comes from the manufacturer to prevent the scale from being damaged during transport. To unblock it, turn the apparatus and then perform two steps:
1- Slide the stopper from the off to the on position.
2- Take out the screw indicated with the arrow.
Once the scale is unblocked, turn the machine once again to take out the cable, plug it in, turn on the on-off switch on the back of the machine, and it is ready to use. Note that four zeros appear on the display.

| 4) How to use Mycook |
| Mycook is very easy to use. There is a standard sequence that you must always repeat, consisting of three steps that must always be taken in the same order by choosing:
Time • Temperature • Speed
Mycook comes with a precision scale that lets you put the ingredients into the pitcher and weigh them without the need for yet another kitchen appliance. Speed 1 is ideal for getting the best result when sautéing SAUCES.
The blending blade symbol is on speed panel, which tells us which speeds Mycook can use, which recipes require the ingredients to turn gently so they don’t lose their structure.
There are two extra functions: KNEAD and TURBO. The latter is used to chop food that is hard or to finish processing purées, cream soups or baby food.
