5 Chicken wings
100 g Liquid caramel
50 g Balsamic vinegar
50 g Soy sauce
50 g Olive oil
3 c/c Paprika
3 c/c Dried thyme
2 c/c Powdered garlic
Ground black pepper
Salt

CHICKEN wings with sweet and sour sauce
Heat the oil for 2 minutes, 120º, speed 2. Put in the trimmed wings, paprika, thyme, powdered garlic, ground black pepper and salt and fry gently for 10 minutes, 120º, speed 2. Pour in the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and liquid caramel and programme 20 minutes, 120º, speed 2. NOTE: on removing the wings from the jug, you can roll them in sesame seeds.
